Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  2. Training and Development Programs:
    • Create and deliver customized training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, addressing gaps and areas of improvement.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps across the organization, informing training solutions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop targeted training initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements as needed.
  3. Performance Management and Employee Relations:
    • Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews, providing guidance and coaching when necessary.
    • Identify and address performance issues through coaching and counseling, promoting growth and development.
  4. HR Administration and Benefits:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and training history.
    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
    • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with organizational goals, driving business outcomes and growth.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive HR and training reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  6. Working Conditions:
    • This role typically works in an office environment, with occasional travel required for training sessions or recruitment events.
    • Full-time position, with standard business hours; some roles may require additional hours during peak periods.
