Senior Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based .Net solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, the .Net ecosystem, and expertise in MS technologies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design and Implementation: Design, document, and implement .Net solutions that meet business requirements using industry-leading technologies.
  2. Architecture Optimization: Define and optimize architecture for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  3. Backend Systems Development: Develop backend systems and integrations using .Net Core, ASP.Net, WCF, Entity Framework, NLog, etc.
  4. Micro-Services Architecture: Design and develop micro-services architecture to enhance system scalability and reliability.
  5. CICD Pipelines: Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure quality delivery.
  6. Monitoring and Logging: Establish best practices for deployments, including monitoring, logging, and diagnostics using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  7. Security Policies: Define and enforce security policies and use secure coding practices like key vaults for storing sensitive information and implement Role-Based Access Control.
  8. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  9. Team Guidance: Guide and mentor other members in the team to promote highly technical and self-sufficient teams.
  10. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in development.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years as an Architect.
  2. .Net Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of .Net Ecosystem e.g. .Net Core, ASP.Net, WCF, Entity Framework, NLog, etc.
  3. Database Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle DB and non-relational databases.
  4. Microservices Experience: Experience with microservices and API-driven development.
  5. CI/CD Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD practices like usage of Azure DevOps.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Azure Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate or Azure Architect) are a plus.
  9. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and lead teams of up to 15 people.
  10. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
  11. Goal-Oriented Mindset: A goal-oriented mindset with a keen sense of responsibility for delivering results.
