Key Responsibilities:

  3. Assist customers with service and billing requests, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  4. Coach sales associates on sales techniques, operational duties, and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement employee development plans, recognizing individual strengths and areas for growth.
  6. Contribute to in-store merchandising efforts, creating visually appealing displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  7. Manage inventory levels, processing orders and receiving shipments efficiently and accurately.
  8. Support Store Management in opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Managing people, Teamwork, Communication, Consultative selling, Knowledge of telephony equipment and technology.
