About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management when necessary

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  • Analyze customer complaints and identify root causes of technical issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay current with product releases, updates, and technical developments
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise
  • Apply knowledge to provide informed support and resolve technical issues
