Job Title: Assistant Director (Database Administrator)

We are seeking a highly qualified and results-oriented professional to join our team in the capacity of Assistant Director (Database Administrator) with the goal of efficiently managing database systems for organizational operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems that support business operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable database architectures
  • Maintain and optimize existing databases to ensure data integrity and performance
  • Establish and enforce data management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in database administration
  • Maximum age: 35 years as of the closing date of application submission
  • Relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for candidates with experience working in regulatory bodies
