As a key player in our organization, the Sales & Institutional Partnership Officer (Education OR Corporate Sector) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and cooperatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing institutional deals.
  • They will also possess excellent project and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the process.
  • Furthermore, they should have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches to senior decision-makers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Pakistani schools, universities, or NGOs is essential.
  • The successful candidate must have expertise in sales and negotiation, as well as experience in managing relationships with educational institutions and cooperatives.
  • Additionally, they should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required, as well as an understanding of the local education context and cooperative structures.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or tech-integrated educational deployments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies
