Fintech Ambassador

• Offer and sell our range of fintech products, including digital wallets, buy now pay later services, and mobile payments, to walk-in customers and during field visits.
• Meet sales targets set for monthly and quarterly periods.
• Identify new merchants or retail partners and assist them in joining our network.
• Educate customers on product functionality, benefits, and proper usage.
• Provide assistance with account setup, documentation, and after-sales support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate market feedback and challenges to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within fintech, banking, or telecommunications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Will to travel locally and work in the field.
