Key Responsibilities:
  • Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and database integration using technologies such as Node.js or PHP.

  • User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional web interfaces that prioritize user experience.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Performance Optimisation: Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, including page load times and server response times.
  • Version Control: Utilize version control systems such as Git for managing codebase and collaboration with team members.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in web development.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for codebase, APIs, and development processes.
Required Skills:
  • Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Back-End Frameworks: Knowledge of back-end frameworks like Express.js, Django, Flask, or Laravel is beneficial.
  • Database Management Systems: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free code.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
