Business Development Specialist

This role involves understanding the business needs of managers and working with them to implement changes and improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the business needs of managers and stakeholders.
  • Working with managers to design and implement changes and improvements.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and suggesting strategic and operational recommendations.
  • Communicating effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
  • Supporting staff in implementing changes and ensuring that plans are made and processes created to evaluate the impact of these changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between units and IT teams.
