Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Horizon Pools. The Specialist will be responsible for keyword research, SEO audits, link building, web analytics, social media marketing, digital presence and on-page SEO to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.

Qualifications

  • Keyword Research, SEO Audits, and On-Page SEO skills
  • Experience in Link Building and Web Analytics
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools and analyzing data
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience in content management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategies.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact search engine crawlability and indexing.
  • Implement schema markup, canonicalization, and other technical SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute link building strategies that drive high-quality backlinks to the website.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to secure links and mentions.
  • Monitor and analyze link equity, anchor text distribution, and other link building metrics.
  • Track and analyze SEO metrics, including organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions.
  • Provide regular SEO reports and insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and development.
