Key Responsibilities
  • Building new AI products and features by fine-tuning Large Language Models to create AI-powered modules that integrate into existing solutions or lay the groundwork for new offerings.
  • Automating internal processes using advanced AI techniques to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • An AI-First mindset (preferably, not writing code first and then verifying with AI tools).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer.
  • Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
  • Experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable impact.
  • Experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems.
Nice-to-have Requirements

Experience with AI-driven project management tools and methodologies.

Working with Us
