Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Programmer Analyst. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact people's lives and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review, and implement project validation protocols for standard and customized systems.
  2. Validate PV System functionality.
  3. Identify and address discrepancies in test documentation.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve OQ failures.
  5. Investigate and resolve OQ/PQ deviations, including validation failures and complaints.
  6. Resolve technical issues.
  7. Coordinate with IT and QA Departments.
  8. Communicate with internal and external clients effectively.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience is required.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent time-management skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Patient Safety Computer Systems implementation, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, is preferred.

Desired Skills:

Solid understanding of regulatory standards and SOPs.

Computer Systems Validation, including execution of OQ and PQ.

Attention to detail and ability to identify and remediate issues found during testing.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, including technical authorship.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
