Job Title

Digital Advertising Specialist



We seek a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to drive ROI-focused paid marketing efforts on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing paid media campaigns, conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports
  • A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions
  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and ad policy updates


Qualifications and Requirements
Required skills include proficiency in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, strong data interpretation and reporting skills, excellent communication and time-management skills, and experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred). Campaign setup and structure optimization, budget planning and ROAS optimization, audience segmentation and remarketing, and conversion tracking are also essential for this role.

Strong candidates will have a background in digital advertising, with a focus on search, display, shopping, and video ads. Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Instagram Ads is also beneficial. If you have expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, you will be given preference.
