Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized First Point of Contact to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing customer service, and supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the front desk and greeting visitors, clients, and callers.
  2. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to optimize meeting times.
  3. Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  5. Providing accurate and timely information to visitors, clients, and staff members.
  6. Monitoring and controlling visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and adhering to security protocols.
  7. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  8. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and representing the organization professionally.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with administrative software and systems.
