About the Role

This Front Desk Officer role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization.

Key Tasks:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to relevant staff members.
  3. Manage inquiries via email, phone, or in-person and provide accurate information or assistance.
  4. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including visitor logs, packages, and deliveries.
  5. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations for staff members.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation when necessary.
  7. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
