Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves ensuring the smooth daily operations of sales systems and solutions. This includes coordinating between corporate users and regional support teams, as well as providing 2nd line support for secondary sales system coordination points.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Closely monitoring and troubleshooting complete secondary sales solutions including head office modules, distributor modules, mobile applications, decision support systems, mobility, and integrations with primary secondary systems and SAP business warehouse.
  • Ensuring backup and maintenance activities at distributors.
  • Deployment, issue tracking, and resolution management.
  • Controlling future/new requirements (process/reporting) change control management and coordination with secondary sale vendors.
  • Updating all regional helpdesks for new functionality and control plans.
  • To ensure smooth daily sales operations through DMS & Mobile at 500+ distributors.
  • Conducting training, enforcing mobile and system usability, and troubleshooting system errors encountered by mobile or back-office users.
  • Tracking and monitoring systems performance to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Working closely with sales teams, internal customers, and vendors to smoothen sales operations.

Additionally, this role involves deployment of SndPro at distributors, software updates and new releases testing to ensure updated and bug-free software, preparation of installation and user guides for new features/modules, MIS operations, and helpdesk support.
