Job Overview

We are a rapidly expanding e-commerce organization specializing in print-on-demand products. Our success relies on the quality and performance of our product listings across multiple online channels.

This role oversees the team responsible for creating and optimizing all product listings, ensuring our products are launched efficiently, accurately, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SEO, data analysis, process management, and familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.

The successful individual will supervise and mentor a team of listing strategists and listing executives, set targets for new product listings and optimization, manage daily workflows, and ensure quality control and compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

This position requires strong leadership and mentorship abilities, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills, and a highly organized and results-driven mindset.

Required skills include:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Expertise in SEO, data analysis, process management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software
