Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee the accounts payable department and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Department Management: Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  2. Financial Operations: Manage functions like maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable, and project accounting, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards while functioning effectively.
  4. Vendor and Contractor Management: Oversee all payment transactions, keeping track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and with external vendors and contractors.
  5. Tax Compliance: Oversee tax-related processes, supporting AM taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in the software.
  6. Financial Reporting: Keep track of the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as requested by supervisors.
