We're seeking an enthusiastic and career-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support Analyst. This role involves providing excellent service to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience for members using our club software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions
  • Work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to resolve client issues
  • Document and track client issues within ticketing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in customer service or helpdesk support
  • Knowledge of file sharing, mapping drives, and forwarding ports
  • Technical proficiency with website and CRM applications
