Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead production workflows and optimize team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Management: Manage content tasks, monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Project Management: Organize project briefs, documentation, and workflows; assign tasks, set deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
  • Recruitment Process: Interview with the Recruitment team; complete a technical test; interview with the Hiring Manager(s); receive feedback.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in content operations management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects with expert input directly into each article.
