Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Software Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading and managing a team of software developers to ensure the successful execution of development projects.

  • Spearhead and manage a team of software developers ensuring the successful execution of development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems to support business operations.
  • Design, build, and deploy APIs, microservices, and EHR.
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of software performance and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Review and enforce coding best practices and promote clean and efficient code.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and medical billing industry trends.
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of work experience required preferably in a similar medical billing company.
  • Experience required in developing enterprise medical billing software.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Team Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management.
