Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN)
who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. You will work on diverse projects, including
Blockchain platforms, FinTech solutions, Web3 integrations, and AI-powered applications
.

This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using
    MongoDB, , , and
    .
  • Build and integrate
    Blockchain (Ethereum, Hyperledger, , )
    solutions within enterprise-grade applications.
  • Develop secure, high-performance
    FinTech platforms
    (payments, wallets, digital banking).
  • Implement
    AI/ML integrations
    into existing and new applications.
  • Ensure optimized performance, code quality, and best development practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams for seamless front-end integration.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in
    MERN, Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, and AI
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years
    of hands-on experience with the
    MERN stack
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
    .
  • Proven experience in
    Blockchain development (Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts)
    .
  • Understanding of
    FinTech systems
    (compliance, security, payments, APIs).
  • Experience with
    AI/ML integrations
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or API-based AI services).
  • Strong database design skills (
    MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL
    ).
  • Proficient with cloud platforms (
    AWS, Azure, GCP
    ) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
