This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual to oversee the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the property.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maximize guest satisfaction through effective team management, exceeding service expectations, and implementing initiatives to drive incremental sales.
- Control costs effectively, managing expenses, and achieving maximum profitability.
- Motivate and inspire the team, promoting compliance with legal procedures, and driving ongoing improvements to maintain high performance standards.
- Achieve maximum sales by developing product knowledge, ensuring accurate service delivery, and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and act proactively.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure, and ensuring effective security measures are in place.
- Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings, operating within set budgets related to food, linen, and cleaning costs to meet service standards.
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and manage stock levels, conducting timely and accurate weekly stock takes.
