">- You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate financial records for clients, including data entry, ledger management, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for review by senior team members.
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and respond to basic inquiries.
Responsibilities:
">- Develop strong technical skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
">- ACCA Finalist/Qualified, MBA Finance, BSc Honors Finance.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Xero software is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
