About the Role:

This is a crucial position in our organization that focuses on supporting the development of employees by planning, coordinating, and executing professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of professional development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of participation and certifications.
  • Prepare development materials, coordinate events, and communicate with employees.
  • Monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Analyze feedback from sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external activities, including seminars and workshops.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
  • Basic knowledge of professional development frameworks and continuous learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management System tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications in professional development, HR, or Learning and Development (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals).
Work Details:
