This role will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture, ideal for individuals passionate about long-term strategies and career development.

  • Coordinate planning and delivery of learning programs across departments
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in learning activities
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules
  • Support creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials
  • Monitor compliance with policies and professional standards
  • Gather feedback on learning sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in integrating learning initiatives with the organization's broader strategy
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning, training coordination, or a related HR role
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms

Certification (Preferred):

  • Relevant certifications or learning-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus
