Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Local SEO Manager to lead and execute a strategy that ensures dominant visibility across local search results in every market served. As we continue expanding into new markets, building local brand authority is a core focus of our growth strategy.

About the Role:

This role is central to driving company growth by strategically managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBPs) to secure top visibility across all markets. Your expertise will directly impact revenue, profitability, and market growth.

You Will:

  • Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for Google Business Profiles nationwide
  • Elevate local visibility and brand authority in every community served
  • Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization
  • Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth
  • Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack
  • Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools such as BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies
