Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to increase organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and improve overall online visibility. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure that all SEO initiatives align with our business goals.

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for targeted keywords. Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all pages.
  2. Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to improve domain authority through link-building, partnerships, and content promotion.
  3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions that drive traffic and engagement.
  4. Technical SEO: Identify and fix technical issues related to site structure, load speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. Work closely with developers to implement fixes.
  5. SEO Audits: Conduct regular SEO audits of websites and web pages to identify areas for improvement and execute strategies to resolve issues.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) to track and analyze key performance metrics like traffic, rankings, and conversions. Provide reports on SEO performance to stakeholders.
  7. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies, keywords, and backlink profiles to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Trends: Continuously research and keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company's strategies remain effective and competitive.
  9. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience 4+ years as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role in digital marketing.
  2. Solid understanding of SEO tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
  4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  5. Experience in keyword research, link-building, and content optimization strategies.
  6. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve SEO performance.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  10. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with paid media campaigns (PPC) and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
  2. Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  3. Experience with A/B testing and SEO reporting tools.
