We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director – Brand Storyteller to cultivate our brand narrative and drive engaging marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will develop strategic branding solutions, build high-performing teams, and drive innovative branding initiatives.

About the Role:

  1. Tell Compelling Brand Stories: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive creative communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and competitive landscape.
  3. Oversee Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Build and manage high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction.
  5. Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay updated on market trends, tools, technology, and methods to inform creative strategy and branding executions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Creatives, Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred); 7-8 years' experience in creative roles.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing international/global creative brands.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Data Analysis and Market Research: Analytical mindset with ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Design and Branding Aesthetics: Keen eye for design and branding aesthetics, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, and post-production tools.
  • Project Management and Onboarding External Partners: Strong project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver results; proficient in inducting, influencing, and onboarding external agency partners.
