Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AC System Specialist with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer complaints regarding AC repair and maintenance.
  • Determine the nature of the problem and select appropriate tools.
  • Install air conditioners following standard protocols.
  • Test and ensure the proper functioning of installed units.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, including cleaning and filter replacement.
  • Educate customers on regular AC maintenance.
  • Replace AC systems that are beyond repair.
  • Provide operational information to customers for optimal use.
  • Prepare daily service reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) with supervisor assistance.
  • Clean filters, service outdoor units, and replace filters as needed.
  • Perform gas charging, system vacuuming, and leak repairs as per standards.
  • Report any abnormalities observed during operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workshop and customer areas after maintenance or replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S and EHS safety rules.
