Job Title:

A Commercial Experience Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the sale of products at an experience center.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient sales processes.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide customers through the experience center, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our CRM system and related portals, enabling effective management of customer interactions.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote product upsell opportunities from the experience center, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Initiate and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience, minimizing wait times and improving overall satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, taking ownership of issues and collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Manage customer retention and churn, identifying opportunities to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, maintaining open communication channels to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Meet assigned monthly KPIs for sales, adherence, and service, driving business results and growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills, enabling collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Proven sales and services expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, with proficiency in email communication and document management.
  • Familiarity with telecom products and customer management systems, with the ability to provide expert advice and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
