Accounts Payables Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payables Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying payments against purchase orders and contracts, and reconciling supplier statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts to ensure proper authorization.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a proactive manner.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely disbursements.
- Track outstanding payables, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of company liabilities.
- Assist in cash flow management, ensuring payable obligations are met while maintaining optimal liquidity.
- Ensure correct tax deductions on vendor payments and assist in tax compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ERP system.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring payables are recorded accurately.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy. You should have a solid understanding of accounts payable principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is also essential.
