Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise verification, cross checking and approvals given by management as per financial powers and SOPs, and approve issuance of job cards for distribution and transmission projects.
  2. Prepare annual capex budgets through discussions, meetings, and evaluations to meet management objectives, Board of Directors parameters, and OGRA guidelines for transmission and major distribution projects.
  3. Oversee the issuance of numerous job numbers under various categories, both for natural and RLNG jobs, throughout the financial year.
  4. Upload correct and complete approved financial budgets and approved pipes into the system against each job number issued during the year.
  5. Develop financial feasibility reports for pipeline projects considering P&D/Sales department data, government guidelines, ECC decisions, etc.
  6. Closely monitor Projects Section with allocation of revenue overhead at the company level to all relevant projects.
  7. Create various schedules related to Projects Section to facilitate management decision-making.
  8. Analyze aging of ongoing distribution and transmission projects.
  9. Head Pre-Audit Team: Conduct system-based SPO/NLO bills and manual invoices pre-audits.
  10. Resolve ERP issues related to the projects module and suggest improvements in the system.
  11. Verify payment of PF loans for Unit B executives and staff as per entitlement.
  12. Verify final settlement payments for Unit B's outgoing staff as per the Fund's Trust Deed/Rules.
  13. Verify cash imprest sent to/received from HO for disbursement of PF Loans/FLS.
  14. Act as signatory for cheques issued by SSGC/Fund Section.
  15. Perform any other assigned tasks.
