Sales Strategy and Planning
The Regional Sales and Recoveries Lead is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the Motorcycle Sale Business turnover. Key objectives include:
- Conceiving strategies that ensure perpetual growth in Motorcycle Sale Business turnover, in line with the direction set out by Management.
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to develop suitable strategies, plans, and budgets capable of achieving growth targets.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed.
Recovery and Collections
The Regional Sales and Recoveries Lead is responsible for managing the recovery process of delinquent accounts and maintaining an appropriate credit risk level. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing relationships with collection agencies and collection attorneys.
- Managing and creating excellent relationships with dealers for recovery matters.
- Preparing a weekly recovery plan for collection & recoveries.
Team Support and Development
The Regional Sales and Recoveries Lead collaborates with various teams, including Sales & Marketing, HR, and After Sales & Customer Care. This involves:
- Providing support to the Sales & Marketing team in developing sales strategies and executing sales plans.
- Coordinating with the HR Department for the development of human resources in the sales & marketing department.
- Coordinating with the After Sales & Customer Care Department.
Job Requirements
Minimum Graduation with 5 to 8 years of experience.
