The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, maintaining effective communication with students and employers, providing career guidance and ensuring the smooth operation of our placement portal.

  • Liaising with industry partners to facilitate successful placements and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with students and employers to ensure seamless coordination of placement activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students, employers and industry partners.
  • Strong customer service and recruiting skills to deliver exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Education sector, preferably in placement or recruitment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
