The Patient and Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experience and driving clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Handle inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, pricing, and clinic services through various channels.
  • Assist with patient registration, documentation, and maintaining confidential medical records.
  • Provide patients with treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and follow-up scheduling.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with patients to foster loyalty and retention.

Sales Coordination:

  • Actively promote aesthetic treatments, packages, and retail products to patients in a consultative manner.
  • Identify patient needs and recommend suitable services and products to meet their aesthetic goals.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement sales targets and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and patient feedback to management.

General Duties:

  • Work closely with medical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception and sales area.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay updated on new treatments, promotions, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in customer service, sales, or coordination roles, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare setting.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Show strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Display basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment management software.
  • Present a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Speak fluent English;
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Have knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends.
  • Hold previous experience in a sales-driven healthcare or aesthetic environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
