Design Engineer for Innovative Solutions

This role is focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

With extensive experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems, the ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to integrate subcontractors and systems, drive business growth through innovative solutions, and build strong commercial presence. The successful applicant will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to business conduct and meeting OEM ethical & legal standards.
  • Strategizing during the pre-sales cycle to mitigate risks and minimize project execution impact.
  • Executing international bids and proposals while minimizing risk.
  • Developing compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East regions.

The key qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 4-6 years of proposal development experience in industrial automation or related fields.
  • Estimation background in electrical, instrumentation, and process control entities.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Proven customer interaction experience.
  • Strong business writing and communications skills.
