Job Description

The Senior National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the national sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include sales strategy development, team leadership, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development
  • Design and execute national sales strategies tailored to maximize revenue and market share for premium tea products.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Spearhead promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and product demand.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the national sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion and Business Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for tea products, driving expansion both nationally and internationally.
  • Develop strong partnerships with retail and distribution networks to expand reach and improve product visibility.
  • Lead efforts to diversify the customer base and enter new channels, enhancing overall revenue growth.
