About the Role

This is a full-time senior leadership position that will report directly to the executive team at Prime Tea. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the tea industry, specifically in sales and marketing, and will possess exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Design and implement national sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and inventory management to optimize product availability and minimize stock-outs.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the national sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion and Business Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for tea products, driving expansion both nationally and internationally.
  • Develop strong partnerships with retail and distribution networks to expand reach and improve product visibility.
  • Lead efforts to diversify the customer base and enter new channels, enhancing overall revenue growth.
