Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Leading Edge. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic for clients
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
  • Create and present regular reports on website performance and SEO efforts to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure SEO strategies align with overall digital marketing goals
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentoring
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting
  • A proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic for websites
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
