Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support key HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws.
  • Administer attendance and leave management systems.
  • Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee medical insurance, social insurance, and taxation responsibilities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Address and resolve HR operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
  • Communicate with government bodies (e.g., EOBI, SESSI, tax authorities) and manage external compliance.
  • Promote employee welfare initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support staff engagement and development programs in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of Pakistan's labor laws and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
  • Experience in recruitment, selection, and training.
