About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a performance marketing agency as a Performance Marketing and Content Strategist.


We are looking for a highly skilled individual to plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop strategic plans to drive campaign success
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and execute campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and scale based on ROAS
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creatives to develop high-performing angles, hooks, and video strategies
  • Competitor Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver actionable insights to drive business growth

Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a digital/advertising agency (required)
  • Skills: Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads, analytical mindset, and ability to spot high-performing creatives
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
