**Job Title:** Product Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to lead our product sourcing efforts.

The ideal candidate should be FOREIGN QUALIFIED with 4 or 5 years of experience in denim Textile. Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate preproduction activities to ensure timely arrival of materials on committed dates.
  2. Plan and place fabric and trim orders well in advance to meet production timelines.
  3. Issue order acceptance forms and proforma invoices for letter of credit establishment upon order confirmation.
  4. Foster collaboration between departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials and production.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks at various production stages to maintain client standards.
  6. Identify and reject shipments not meeting required quality standards, notifying concerned parties in advance.
  7. Maintain efficiency by minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  8. Provide post-production support and services to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  9. Support marketing and commercial teams through completion of assigned tasks, enhancing business growth.
  10. Ensure seamless communication with customers, addressing any concerns promptly.
  11. Guarantee that all outgoing samples meet quality standards, adhering to customer expectations.
  12. Deliver updates to customers on agreed timelines for sampling and production, maintaining transparency.
  13. Develop and maintain a robust booking pipeline of assigned customers, fostering profitable business relationships.
