Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Acquisition & Strategy: Identify high-potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, developing customized strategies to secure wins.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals showcasing expertise and success stories, effectively addressing client needs to maximize project conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish trust and rapport with potential and existing clients, responding promptly to queries and negotiating project terms.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to enhance service offerings and bidding strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze bid success rates and client acquisition metrics, preparing performance reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 2–3 years in business development or a similar role, with a proven track record on relevant platforms.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication (written and verbal), strong understanding of IT services, and proficiency in crafting compelling proposals.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
