Virtual Try-On Solutions Leader

We are seeking an experienced executive to drive innovation and growth in virtual try-on solutions for the cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Innovation and Product Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive innovation and growth in virtual try-on solutions.
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to establish ourselves as a leader in the industry.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge virtual try-on solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team and employees.
    • Attract and retain top talent in technology, design, and marketing.
    • Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Financial Management:
    • Drive revenue growth while managing costs to achieve profitability.
    • Secure funding through investors, grants, or other financial channels when required.
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong financial reporting systems.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of AI/AR technologies and their applications in virtual try-on solutions.
    • Familiarity with the beauty and cosmetics industry, including B2B dynamics.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders, clients, and investors.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience:
    • Proven track record in leading and scaling tech startups or mid-sized businesses.
    • Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of AI/AR technologies, particularly in virtual try-on solutions.
