We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud solutions for healthcare technology clients.

About the Role

As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare technology clients to improve the management and access of cost-effective pharmacy benefits. Our innovative platform helps enterprise and partnership clients simplify their businesses and enable consumers to save on prescriptions. With expertise in SaaS technology for healthcare, we offer integrated intelligence on a single enterprise platform connecting the pharmacy ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure AWS architectures at scale.
  • Contribute to the overall cloud strategy and roadmap by building complex CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management.
  • Analyze infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies for cost and efficiency.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system-wide issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures.
  • Design and enforce secure infrastructure patterns, conduct security audits, and drive security initiatives.
  • Mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and share best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps engineering role with significant AWS experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale AWS solutions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring DevOps teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and architect robust solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant AWS certifications are highly preferred.
  • Kubernetes, GitHub, Helm, NewRelic.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and design patterns.
  • Advanced skills in CloudFormation, Terraform, or other IaC tools.
  • Strong scripting skills and proficiency with programming languages.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
  • Expertise in configuration management tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, VPC design, hybrid cloud architectures, and network security.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, penetration testing, and compliance standards.
