We are currently looking for a talented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Dockland Technologies. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in sales support. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Follow-ups: Establish and maintain regular contact with clients and prospects to ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Pitching: Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients to secure new business.
- Proposal writing: Prepare and submit high-quality proposals to clients in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Presentation: Create and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our services and solutions to clients.
- Sale forecast: Accurately predict sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales reports: Provide regular sales reports to management highlighting key metrics and trends.

- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
