Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Certification Representative to join our team.

  • Meet monthly sales targets assigned by the BUH for standard-wise and region-wise sales growth.
  • Generate sales inquiries as per the company's handbook policy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the region.
  2. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and administering the sales database, including client information, mailing lists, and contact details.
  3. Maintain accurate and transparent inquiry logs at all times.
  4. Approach potential clients through introductory letters, emails, phone calls, social media, personal contacts, and other networks.
  5. Sent a minimum of 10 potential letters/emails per day.
  6. Maintain an inquiry log of such activities.
  7. Develop and maintain contacts and records of potential clients interested in certification services.
  8. Prepare and submit preliminary documentation, including inquiry forms and contract agreements.
  9. Invoice clients for initial advances and send introductory packs.
  10. Pass on information to certification coordination teams.
  11. Record-keep all the above activities.
