Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The role involves handling day-to-day financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts reconciliation, and payroll processing. You will also provide administrative support to the finance team and manage customer service and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the finance team with organization and archiving of documents.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, good communication and organizational skills, willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
