Financial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and operations to ensure robust financial health and compliance while driving efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual plans in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Unit (BU) Heads.
- Conduct pre- and post-sales reviews of project costing, financial evaluations, and profitability analysis with sales teams.
- Manage annual financial forecasting, operational planning, and budgeting to meet strategic objectives.
- Oversee daily financial operations, banking credit lines, and related management reporting.
- Monitor project financial execution to ensure timelines are met; manage invoicing and receivables.
- Supervise supply chain functions, including coordination with imports, warehousing, stock logistics, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with accounts, imports, sales, operations, and product departments to achieve financial goals.
- Provide financial guidance to Business Unit Heads and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
- Up to 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in financial planning and analysis in an operational role, preferably in IT companies.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive performance and growth.
